Full refunds will be offered if requested within 24 hours of purchase OR prior to the client's completion of the questionnaire included. An email response to the questionnaire will be sent to the client within 72 hours after being received and only if it is received with the accompanying signed contract. This email support package is limited to a 30-day duration which begins once the initial email response is sent to the client.
The guidance provided is highly dependent on the caregiver for results, and is a comprehensive and personalized expert response; as such, no refunds will be offered after the questionnaire response has been drafted.
You must request a refund of your 30-Minute Q&A Call at least 48-hours in advance of your call in order to receive a 100%. Calls canceled within 48-hours of the booking will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be offered for calls after they have occurred. 
Clients who have paid for a zoom call are offered one (1) complimentary reschedule if they are unable to attend the appointment time. If rescheduling is necessary an additional time, then a new paid booking will be required. Refunds will not be provided for clients who are a "no-show" to their scheduled zoom meeting. Clients are given a 10-minute "grace period" for calls. If a client is more than 10-minutes late, that is considered a "no-show" and the appointment must be rescheduled.
Newborn Sleep BFF Digital Download
Refunds will not be offered on the Newborn Sleep BFF guide. This literature is education-based and not considered a sleep program. Due to the nature of the tools being solely dependent on the caregivers implementing them consistently in order to see progress, results can not be guaranteed. Newborn sleep is about consistent daily practice and it is most common to see progress over 4-12 weeks, though specific results or outcomes can not be guaranteed.  If you have used the guide for over 30 days consistently and truly feel it was not useful to you, email [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right. 
All Sleep Training Digital Downloads:
We understand that no product will always work for every family and we take your investment in our products seriously. If you have read the digital guide in its entirety, used all of the methods recommended for at least 10 days consistently, and have shared in writing or by phone exactly why the guide did not work for you, we will offer a full refund within 30-days of purchase. Please be prepared to answer questions regarding your experience if your refund request requires more clarity. When purchasing any Baby Sleep Dr. sleep training program, you acknowledge that this guide is formal sleep training and as such, crying can be a symptom. No refunds will be offered for crying or lack of understanding that this is a sleep training programRefunds will not be granted after 30-days of purchase. Refund requests made through social media will not be processed. Please email [email protected] to share detail on how you used the guide and why it did not work for you. 
*Please note, no refunds will be offered for the Ultimate Baby Sleep Bundle until the criteria above has been met and the 10-day sleep training program was completed.
Non-delivery of the product: 
Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Please email us at [email protected] to request that we re-send your digital download. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase via the name and email address associated with the purchase.
